Pistons’ Blake Griffin May Miss First Round

Detroit Pistons’ All-Star forward Blake Griffin already missed Game 1 of the Pistons’ series against the Milwaukee Bucks, and he is in danger of missing the entire first round series.

According to Yahoo Sports’ Vincent Goodwill, Griffin, who has been battling knee issues recently, may not be able to play the entire series, a devastating blow to a team that was dominated in Game 1.

Per the report, Griffin is expected to be listed as day-to-day for the remainder of the series, and there remains a “slim chance” that he plays on the weekend.

Pistons’ Blake Griffin, Reggie Jackson Clear the Air

Detroit Pistons superstar forward Blake Griffin wasn’t too pleased with guard Reggie Jackson when he interrupted Griffin’s postgame interview in a moment that went viral on social media recently.

According to the Detroit News’ Rob Beard, Griffin and Jackson spoke to clear the air about the incident and are now on the same page again.

“I was pissed in general and he knew that,” Griffin said. “Since I’ve been here, I’ve tried to hold everybody probably to a higher standard than needs to be, because I know what it takes to build that foundation of where we want to go. That’s all that is.

“I hold myself to that same standard — probably higher.”

The Pistons are currently locked in on a playoff spot, their first since 2016.

Pistons’ Andre Drummond Says Pairing with Blake Griffin ‘Nightmare’ for Teams

Detroit Pistons big man Andre Drummond is a big fan of playing alongside forward Blake Griffin and believes it gives the Pistons an edge over their opponents.

In fact, Drummond believes that he and Griffin pose a “nightmare” challenge for opposing teams.

“I think for me, my job is to make his game as easy as possible on the offensive end. When I get him open, he usually makes the right plays,” Drummond said, accordig to The Associated Press.

“It’s a nightmare for teams. You’ve got to really pick your poison, who you really want to get going, and it’s scary when we both get it going.”

Drummond is putting in a solid season, averaging 17.4 points and 15.0 rebounds per game this season.

Reggie Bullock Posts Farewell to Pistons Fans Following Trade to Lakers

The Detroit Pistons traded guard Reggie Bullock to the Los Angeles Lakers following Tuesday night’s loss to the Indiana Pacers and Bullock took the time to show his appreciation for Piston fans.

Bullock, who spent four seasons in Detroit, is currently averaging 8.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assist per game this season, and posted the following message following the trade.
