Pistons Expected To Pick Up Option on Reggie Bullock

The Detroit Pistons are hard at work after hiring their new head coach, Dwane Casey, as they are now turning their attention to their roster.

According to the Detroit News’ Rod Beard, the Pistons are expected to pick up a $2.5 million team-option on shooting guard Reggie Bullock.

Bullock had a solid 2017-2018 campaign, ranking 2nd in the league in 3-point shooting, shooting 44.5% behind the arc and 53.6% from the field while averaging 11.5 points per game.

Reggie Bullock Posts Farewell to Pistons Fans Following Trade to Lakers

The Detroit Pistons traded guard Reggie Bullock to the Los Angeles Lakers following Tuesday night’s loss to the Indiana Pacers and Bullock took the time to show his appreciation for Piston fans.

Bullock, who spent four seasons in Detroit, is currently averaging 8.6 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assist per game this season, and posted the following message following the trade.

Jazz, Pistons Negotiating Trade for Grizzlies’ Mike Conley

The Memphis Grizzlies are currently discussing a trade centered around veteran point guard Mike Conley with the Utah Jazz and the Detroit Pistons, according to The Salt Lake Tribune’s Tony Jones.

According to the Detroit Free Press’ Vince Ellis, the Pistons have been in talks with Memphis, but have interest in Washington Wizards shooting guard Bradley Beal and Charlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker.

Conley has averaged 20.2 points and 6.3 assists per game this season for Memphis.

Pistons, Kings Interested in Marc Gasol

As the NBA trade deadline quickly approaches, interest in Memphis Grizzlies big man Marc Gasol is heating up, and two teams have been linked to acquiring the veteran center.

According to The Ringer’s Kevin O’Connor, the Detroit Pistons and the Sacramento Kings are interested in acquiring Gasol from Memphis.

The Grizzlies are trying to deal Gasol, but also trade away Chandler Parsons, who inked a terrible four-year, $94.4 million contract back in 2016 but has managed to play in just 73 games due to injuries.

Parsons has since been sent home by the team.

Gasol has a $25.6 million player option on his contract for next season.
