The New Orleans Pelicans have recently added another body to their training camp roster.

New Orleans has come to terms with free agent guard Martell Webster on a training camp deal, according to Brett Martel of the Associated Press.

Webster, a sixth overall pick in the 2005 draft by the Portland Trail Blazers, is a 10-year veteran with career averages of 8.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 24.0 minutes per game.

Webster last played in the NBA during the 2014-15 season for the Washington Wizards. Injuries prevented Webster from playing the following season as he dealt with injuries to his labrum and damaged cartilage in his right hip.
